We are pleased to update that One North Eden has obtained the TOP on 2 May 2024.

With the TOP in place, we are planning to issue the Notice of Vacant Possession (hereinafter referred to as “NVP Letter” ) towards end of May 2024.

Please refer to the NVP Letter and appointment letter on the procedure for the key collection:
1. All payments must be paid before you can proceed to book a date;
2. The procedure for booking appointment date for key collection on Showsuite System/ App is in the appointment letter together with the NVP documents.
3. All booking for key collection is subject to 3 days advance notice for us to prepare the unit.

e-Deck -Outdoor furniture around swimming pool and Indoor furniture and equipment delivery in progress for gym, BBQ areas

Tower lobby/drop-off canopy works in progress as well as linkway canopy glass installation and landscaping works.

E Deck at Level 2 – Swimming pool tiling is completed. BBQ Pavilion, footpaths, walkways, clubhouse and gym and landscaping planting works are in progress. Roof works on the elegant perforated roof crown and external works to canopy linkway and drainage surrounding the project are in progress.

Internal architectural finishes in progress such as flooring, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, door installations and painting works in progress up to level 13.

Tower 2 Block 10
Internal architectural finishes in progress such as flooring, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, door installations and painting works in progress up to level 15.

Main building structural works and roof parapet walls have been completed to both towers.

Architectural works for internal partition wall, installation of M&E services, ceiling works, plastering & painting, floor/wall tiling are in progress.

E-deck’s waterproofing works is 90% completed, planter soil infill is 90% completed.

External drains and canopy walkway are also in progress.
